About Our Program
How We Help
The Patient Crisis Fund (PCF) provides one-time financial assistance to patients, with each patient eligible for referral only once through their social worker. In exceptional cases, if both the social worker and their manager agree that further assistance is warranted, the request may be escalated to the CARES Executive Director for review.
This fund is specifically designed to help patients address urgent non-medical needs such as rent, utilities, and other essential expenses. Please note that the fund does not cover medical care costs.
